I publish a top ten foxiest celebs list every year, and a lot of these dudes have been on it (I called Gaspard Ulliel way back in 2006, btw, so he’s totally mine). If you need any new blood, you can check out my lists here: http://thefoxlist.blogspot.com/

  2. emmajay1980 says:

Hi! Thanks, but we tend to just write about dudes we’ve always coveted, or occasionally new hotties who catch our eye… There are so many in the pipeline that we’ll have this blog until at least 2045.

  3. parishair says:

!!! I share so many of your opinions on these chaps, it scares me woman!! πŸ™‚ Great, Great blog I ruddy adore it!! Could I ask for a few shout outs? I’ll give you a wee list…well small list:
    1. Christian Bale-Passionate, arrogant, angry, duck-nosed. sigh. I would!
2.Professor Brian Cox- Yes he does have the haircut of a lesbian, but he’s just adorable and enthusiastic and northern!! I want to sleep out doors regardless of the weather, to have him tell me about the cosmos. (I also went dressed up as him to a Halloween partys…yes.I know…..I plan to go as Bruce Willis next year….dum de dum)(pics at @becquithsploosh)

    ok! i’m gonna stop there!!

Thanks for making such a smashin’ blog!!! xxx

    • Chickeninabasket says:

Becky Mackay, you should have your own blog. That Brian Cox comment made me cry with laughter…I love him to btw but I can’t tell my boyfriend because he thinks he sounds like an effeminate Paul Daniels. I went to a halloween party last year as Stephen Hawking (wheelchair with calculators attached), you and I could’ve had some immense conversations about string theory….toodlepip!

      • Becky Mackay says:

HAHAHA!! Oh my lord that would have been the making of a most excellent Halloween party!!! I also dressed up as Patrick Bateman ala American Psycho a few months ago…There was a reason. I swear there was a reason….Dressing up as men is too much fun isn’t it?

  9. Andrea says:

I love your blog but must highlight a glaring omission. Damien Lewis is my current obsession. He looks so good in Homeland, just as he did in Band of Brothers. He played a bastard in The Forsythe Saga, but I still would have, even then. I heart him hard.

    Thanks

  41. Jo says:

Er for goodness sake Colin Firth !!! He seems an obvious miss (any romantic fool would have him in a top ten as unable to wipe the memory of a wet Mr Darcy striding out of the lake) I surely would!

  42. Karen says:

Dear oh dear, where is Mr. Julian Casablancas? He is less zitty and in better shape than 10 years ago. Give him a try, why don’t you?

Have you done Clint Eastwood, Donald Sutherland (Klute!) , Gerard Depardieu in their prime (could not find)? Anyone else for James Spader? And Neil Pearson….

  46. Christine says:

Me again! One more to the list of lusciousness: Jeffrey Dean Morgan. His grey stubble is totally enhancing his yumminess. I have a thing for facial hair….

  47. tamsin says:

Deffo Wentworth Miller and Kiefer Sutherland…

  48. Nichola Carr says:

Hello, read 5 entries on this blog and I love it already. Big thumbs up for objectifying men. It’s the only language they understand.

Here is my nomination. Prob on here already but he is so hot he deserves a double entry. Pun intended.

    Michael Fassbender.
Eyes: blue grey pools of moist making wonder
Arms: two of. He handles a powerful motorcycle with them. Probably just strong enough to control me in a fit of lust.
Personality: drinkin’ smokin’ motorbike riding bad boy that occasionally dons breeches and frequently whacks his infamous knob out.

Half German, half Irish. My favourite types of sausages are Bratwurst and Irish recipe. Now I have found the perfect combo and my goodness if it isn’t a footlong.

After watching him in Shame getting felt up by strangers in bars has never seemed so appealing.

I so totally would. Even as an android in Promtheus.

    • emmajay1980 says:

Hello my love, he is indeed on here! He was an early entry… If you type his name into the search bar he should come up (not literally, sadly). xxx

      • Nichola Carr says:

Good skills. Just about containing my jealousy re your medicated conversation with the charisma’d one but glad to see that he has already made his mark. Hope to bump into him on the 434 bus (or any form of transport for that matter) some time soon to exchange intense looks amongst other things xxxx

Indeed you make a lustful crone’s day and I see that you have already been ‘homaged” (http://hellyesiwould.com/) but they are not nearly so smart and the pix not anywhere near yours. What about James Purefoy? Just watching him in Hollow Crown…hey nonny phwoar – and Ben Whishaw (maybe already done? Will check).

  64. Lustful Crone says:

Yes Ben done, slack research on my part.

Um… Takeshi Kitano (you know he’d be crazy)

  74. Cloverfield says:

Please check out Cosmo Jarvis, crazy artist, musician, actor, film maker. I mean, besides some other brilliant stuff, this (straight) guy wrote a most heart-breaking song about two gay pirates and created this wonderful video, starring himself as one of said pirates – how much more awesomenes can you pack into one soul? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dysG12QCdTA&feature=relmfu
    Pic: http://userserve-ak.last.fm/serve/500/64999248/Cosmo+Jarvis+PNG.png
    Well I would.

    • Emma Jay says:

Ha, he’s cute! Not sure about the music, bit too Mumford & Sons for me, but I’m sure he’s a luvverly chap. Is he British? xx

      • Cloverfield says:

He was born in the US but his family moved to the UK when he was a kid.

I don’t think I could describe his music, the songs are extremely diverse. I don’t like everything he does, but he’s just so passionate and honest, and that sells it for me. Some of the short films are brilliant, others not so much, but I just want to hug him forever for being real in a world of fakers. And yeah, he’s cute.

Btw, last month his first movie ‘The Naughty Room’ premiered on BBC4. He wrote it, directed it and played one of the main characters, which I find totally incredible for his young age. Unfortunately I haven’t seen it yet (living in Germany). Also, his third album was released in July. I guess we’ll see a lot more of him. πŸ™‚

  75. JB says:

A+ blog. Keep up the good work!
My request? Please, please: PABLO SCHRIEBER. He is Liev’s half-brother, looks nothing like him. Just noticed him in Season 7 of Weeds playing Demetri Ravitch. 6’5″ of body to die for and that nose! He’s my Eastern European bath house fantasy. Though he’s American, go figure.

  80. Marcy says:

How about Hayden Christensen? Yes, he hasn’t done much lately; but GAH!
    April 2012: http://www.sweetestadoration.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=272&pos=0
Right now, he’s letting his hair and beard grow, so he looks a bit like a Yeti; but he’s prepping for a movie and will also be bulking up (Yum) http://haydenfannews.com/

  81. Denise says:

I am in love with Mads Mikkelsen, surely he rates a Would ?

  82. Harriet says:

So I was just about to suggest Tom Hardy and then thought I’d double check the archives and YAY, you love him too! I just saw him in Warrior (WHY has it taken me so long to watch him in that film??), he is just too fantastically scrumptious for words! This blog is my number one essay-procrastination site – thank you! xxx

    • Emma Jay says:

So glad! There’s nothing I love more than distracting people from their day to day duties. It makes me feel far less guilty about doing it myself… πŸ˜‰ xx

  83. Vee says:

    David Garrett:
    1. Impossibly talented violin virtuoso
    2. http://cfs10.blog.daum.net/image/21/blog/2008/02/21/03/57/47bc775f6d306&filename=DG1.jpg

Jason Patric circa Lost Boys is an oldie but a goodie πŸ˜‰

  86. Suzi Pirate says:

You need to check out Rob Knighton: carpet fitter turned male model and now actor. I saw Everyone’s going to Die the other day & he’s one of those incredible ‘doesn’t have to speak, just looks’ actors. Yummy!

  87. Lizzie says:

I am sure Peter Capaldi is deserving of a Would? A dear friend of mine *AHEM* has lusted after him for years – it would make her so happy to see him here!
Really love your blog – favourite entries are David Morrissey (SWOON) and Jason Statham (SIGH). Keep up the good work!

    • Jess says:

Absolutely!!! What a fittie, especially in his Dr Who gear. I’d love to see this as a Would, pretty please!

  88. Victoria says:

Could we have a dedication to Jamie Campbell Bower please? I totally, TOTALLY would.

He’s just so pretty but everyone thinks I’m odd. They don’t get it. Your endorsement would justify my recently enhanced obsession/lust/inappropriate Googling activities to my colleagues (we regularly check in on Friday afternoons, en masse) who whole heartedly disagree with me.

    Please!?!

    Pretty please!

    πŸ˜‰

  89. vikihalo says:

Oh! I must have missed him! Thank you. Looking for him in the list is the perfect traffic jam activity! πŸ™‚

  90. Laura says:

I blimmin’ love this blog. It’s the best way to pass a spare five minutes – looking for hotties. Nice to see some favourites on there (Kit Harington, Charlie Hunnan and 80s Harrison Ford in particular).

I’d like to see Matthew Gray Gubler (aka Criminal Minds’ Dr Spencer Reid) featured though! In the words of the blog – TOTALLY WOULD. Plus as well as being incredibly hot he’s also a very gifted director and artist, and seems like a complete sweetheart.

  91. Suzerino says:

Brilliant blog! So glad you featured Mads Mikkelsen – I definitely would, since about 1997.

Can I put in a request for Sharlto Copley – bit leftfield, but District 9 and now Elysium have made me want to do things to him. Even with the orange eye and alien claw. Can’t say why.

  92. Suzi Pirate says:

Eric Bostrom – like a young clint eastwood on occasions http://www.cornerspeedphoto.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/eric-bostrom-motorcycle-racer-2012.jpg
his brother Ben – also a professional motorbike racer. http://superbikephoto.narod.ru/m1/sbk/SBK2000BenBostrominValenciatest1Bostrom03.jpeg

Also check out Rob Knighton, Model and now actor in Everyone’s Going to Die – find the scene where he takes his shirt off and jumps in the harbour, Oh Yes!

    So WOULD

  93. Kelly says:

Gilles Marini! I totally WOULD! Would you…?

Love this blog. It has brought sunshine to my day. Thank you, thank you!

    πŸ™‚

  94. Laura says:

I’m sure he has been requested 50 zillion times already, but following the new Poldark adaptation surely Aidan Turner needs to be added stat. All tri-corner hat and breeches and frock coat, striding about the Cornish clifftops looking broody… oh my word. *fans self* And he wasn’t exactly unattractive in Being Human either…

  95. Deanna says:

Bob Odenkirk, don’t know if it’s him or the roles he plays, but right now I would.

  96. Juliesue says:

Your writing style is so on point. Your clarity is crazy, I aspire to this level.

..I’d like to request Tom Kaulitz. European, artistic, ripped. Guitar hero. Pretty brown eyes. LA tan.
Sarcastic and loves dogs. Takes no shit from major corporations. Has an equally hot twin brother.

As a European pop/rock fan and a Millenial, I’d love to see him featured here. Alas, I have no Twitter/FB, but nonetheless I hope you get to read this and consider Tom for the blog!

  97. Sophie says:

    I love this!

Freddie Fox should be on here. I totally WOULD!

  98. Teya says:

Oh. My. God. I love this websiteπŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸ½
    I have some requests:
    -Aston Kutcher
    -Nick Bateman
    -Lucky Blue Smith
    -Francisco Lachawski
    -Colton Haynes

  99. Juliesue says:

…Dean Ambrose could be a shout? Charisma, biceps, looks great in a tight tshirt. The greasy charm helps too, sold-out crowds of ladies seem to dig it (many gfs of mine want his babies).

I Would, for sure. He’s not a conventional stunner or prettyboy, but he’s laidback, funny, kinda ripped and has that indefinable electric confidence that makes people stop and notice…so, Add?
