This Austrian gentleman is one of the world’s finest actors working today. You’ll recognise him from Inglorious Basterds, where he played the role of Col. Hans Landa with such quietly menacing authority that even Tarantino himself found him utterly chilling. In fact, Waltz was the film. He was brilliant, and was rightly rewarded by the Academy. He will soon be seen in the UK in Django Unchained and once again, his performance is the talk of Hollywood. He speaks three languages fluently, is from a family of bohemian Austrian theatre bods, is cultured and erudite, and is a full on silver wolf of the HIGHEST ORDER. His wonky visage is endearing and brimming with charisma, and his soft grey eyes and pewter hair are all at once unassuming and striking. Christoph? Ich denke, du bist schön.
